Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, achieving a safe & secure passenger flow
Elevating the airport experience
Albuquerque’s international airport asked us to develop a replacement system for its obsolete exit revolving doors which had to handle the flow of around 5 million passengers a year.
Our solution was to integrate exit lane breach control technology (ELBC) seamlessly into the airport’s existing infrastructure. The robust new automated door sets are designed for the growing volume of passenger traffic, with advanced sensor technology allowing constant monitoring and surveillance.
With its new one-way flow from airside to landside, the airport has upgraded all of its passengers for one section of the journey – and the location is futureproofed for its forecast growth in passenger numbers.
“We were looking for a system that met all of our security concerns and stringent requirements yet were still comfortable for the passenger.” David Galdony, Business Technology Specialist
